Prior to Columbia Business School, Andreas spent seven years in the Silicon Valley where most recently he served as principal product manager for the Java platform at Oracle. Before he was busy suing Google, he served as an executive communications manager for Sun Microsystems' C-suite, including Rich Green, Greg Papadopoulos, and behind-the-scenes work on Jonathan's Blog, the world's first Fortune 500 CEO blog. In his spare time, Andreas is a competitive volleyball player, a novice cook and a horrific singer. He holds a degree in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley. Danny Lin
Danny is from the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. He went to UC Berkeley for an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science and spent his post-college years developing applications for Electronic Arts and designing algorithms for Symantec. In order to not be a complete nerd, he decided to come to Columbia for his MBA and hopes to cover the technology industry as an investment banker after graduation. Inigo was born and raised in San Sebastian, Spain. Prior to business school, he worked in entertainment post-production in Los Angeles and London for clients such as Fox, Paramount and Sony, and more recently, spent two years as part of a Spanish government program in Hong Kong and New York. He enjoys walking in the park, trying new restaurants and visiting open houses he can’t afford. Inigo holds a BA in Audiovisual Communications from the University of Navarra. Before attending Columbia Henry worked at Digitas, a digital marketing agency, on clients such as American Express, Starburst, Delta, and TIAA-CREF. Prior to Digitas, Henry worked in client development at a startup law firm. Passed h'orderve's and upscale mall restaurants are his passion. Henry received his B.A. in Economics from Yale in 2006. Prior to attending Columbia, Vikrum (“Vik”) worked as a management consultant specializing in government health care evaluation at APS Healthcare. He has also spent two years working in the pharmaceutical industry, first at Merck and then at Reliant Pharmaceuticals. While at Columbia, he is concurrently working with Forward Consultants, an education, policy, and public health consultancy. Vik has undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Finance, Investment, & Banking from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, an MPH from the Johns Hopkins University, and has completed independent public health research at Harvard University. Before Columbia, Dewayne spent six years at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati developing brand PR, influencer marketing and social media strategies for brands such as Swiffer, Febreze and Bounty paper towels. He also spent time developing marketing programs targeting multicultural consumers. A native of Detroit, MI, he has an undergraduate degree from Yale University. Jason spent six years in the financial services industry working as a private equity placement agent and hedge fund investor relations professional. At CBS, he's concentrating in real estate and loves thinking about cap rates and distressed loans. In his free time, he can be found singing with the Choral Society at Grace Church, practicing tennis on one of NYC's public courts, or snacking secretly in his room. After college, Lisa worked in public policy for New York State, first at the New York Attorney General's Office and then at the New York State Insurance Department. Favorite projects include going after corporate malfeasance and helping reform New York's worker's compensation system. Ever afraid of re-entering the workforce, Lisa earned an MPA at Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School directly prior to enrolling at Columbia Business School. Prior to Columbia, Kirsten spent five and a half years working in management consulting, focusing on supply chain management. She began work based in Texas after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, but subsequently moved back to her home town, Washington DC. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys running, yoga, non-fiction, travelling, art – and Cluster Q. Jacob is passionate about world travel, GLBT equality, and building community. He has served as the NY Gala Co-Chair and on the National Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign, and he has worked as a strategic management consultant and as an investment banking business manager on Wall Street. In conjunction with the executive MBA program, he is as an engagement manager and human capital lead for a technology consulting firm. Jacob earned a B.S. in international business administration from Babson College. |
