Ms. Tjon received a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in management and organizational behavior from Ohio University. She holds a master's degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. Ms. Tjon is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), as well as a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
