Goals
- To promote open dialog and address questions pertinent to women in business
- To offer various perspectives on the issues raised regarding women in business
- To provide resources to women at CBS in order to help them excel personally, professionally, and academically
- To serve as an ongoing support system for CBS women throughout their careers
- To participate in and lead community service projects and events that positively impact women in the community
- To give all women at CBS the opportunity for mentorship
- To increase the percentage of women applying to and matriculating at CBS
- To establish a network between CBS students and alumnae for both professional and social interaction
