Mothers in Business
CWIB launched Columbia Mothers in Business (MIB) to provide students, many of whom are at pivotal points both in career and family development, with the strategic resources and mentors needed to make informed decisions as they move forward on both paths. MIB differentiates Columbia Business School by recognizing that female business leaders with families have to address unique career decisions. CWIB, through the Mothers in Business initiative, is committed to supporting this demographic by institutionalizing a formal network of resources that will add value and support the needs of both prospective and current student mothers.
