CWIB coordinates a series of industry-specific Lunch & Learn panels each fall, and also organizes skill-building workshops and networking receptions for its members throughout the year. These events expose women at Columbia to a wide variety of industries, functional roles, and role models. Banks, consulting firms, packaged-goods companies and start-ups are among the enterprises who come to campus or open their offices for CWIB events.
Participants share experiences with and answer questions from our students, in a more-relaxed environment--and we help them reach their recruitment goals. Please see our calendar of events for further details.
