Al Escher

Al Escher leads Schlumberger Business Consulting in North and South America. Mr. Escher has been an executive officer of three companies, including Booz-Allen & Hamilton, the management and technology consulting firm; a major petro-technical software provider; and ABS Group, a global operations risk management and specialty engineering firm. He has served on the boards of three technology companies and has lectured on business strategy and entrepreneurship for the MBA programs at the University of Texas and Rice University. He started his career with Texaco, working in field operations, field development planning, well testing and reservoir simulation. Mr. Escher holds a BSE from Princeton University, an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
