Courtney Lowrance

Courtney Lowrance is a Vice President of Environmental and Social Risk Management for Citi Markets and Banking.

She serves as a technical resource and counsel for bankers on policy interpretations and lending transactions that may have environmental or social risk. Before joining Citigroup, Courtney was a senior environmental consultant at URS Corporation, a global environmental consulting and engineering design firm. In her position at URS, she served as a natural resources consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank, and was a member of an environmental and social due diligence team for large oil and gas projects.
