Peter Rugg

Mr. Rugg has held several senior executive positions in the energy industry throughout his career. He has broad experience in corporate restructuring, debt management, cost management, tax planning, litigation, and human capital evaluation. Mr. Rugg served as a director of many public and private companies, chairman of the audit committee, and dealt extensively with public and investor relations.

Mr. Rugg is the Founder and Director of Nviro Cleantech, focused on commercializing a range of clean environmental technologies including pre-combustion preparation of coal and biomass to remove pollutants from fuels, wood fiber recycling and air cleaning and sensing technologies.

He currently serves as Director of Goss Trade Services LLC, President of a Co-Investment Partnership and Senior Partner at Tatum LLC.

Mr. Rugg was CFO of Triton Energy Limited, which is known for successful international exploration and innovative financing in a wide range of emerging and developed markets. He also served as Senior Banker at JP Morgan, where he performed as VP of the Corporate Finance Division, VP of the Capital Markets Division and VP of the M&A Division in New York, serving major oil companies and providing financial advice on significant transactions. Previously, he was VP in London, providing advice on project financing.

Mr. Rugg holds a B.S Degree in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Columbia University.
