Process - To enrol as a SBCP Consultant

The process by which a potential student enters the program is as follows:

• Students are required to sign up for the SBCP club on Groups Management portal
• SBCP members will be provided a list of clients/ projects available in the term
• SBCP members are asked to review the project list and provided their preferences based on skills and interest areas
• Team Management board members will run the match process and notify participating members of their client matches and student teams before the student-client mixer event.

Process - To apply for a position on the SBCP Board

On the SBCP Board, first-year MBA students are eligible for AVP roles while second-year MBA students are eligible for President and VP roles. Except for the position of President, all other roles are assigned based on a selection process. The President is elected by the SBCP members based on a structured voting process.

Other than these roles, EMBA students also have a representation on the board with two roles - AVP and VP, which are also assigned through a selection process.

The AVP roles will be decided in the beginning of the Fall term except for the AVP - J Term role which will be decided in the beginning of the Spring term.

The President and VP roles will be decided at the end of the Spring term whereby the outgoing senior board members will select the incoming senior board from amongst the first-year MBA students.
