Teaching and research interests

Professor Brott specializes in financial accounting and the choices that management makes in financial reporting, M&A accounting and auditing. He is a former partner at Ernst & Young. Brott teaches the core Accounting I course, Financial Statement Analysis and Earnings Quality and Accounting Issues in M&A.
