The aim of the Latin American Business Association (LABA) is twofold: to promote friendship among Latin-American business students and students interested in Latin-American issues and to sponsor activities that introduce students to the possibilities of employment in Latin America.

The 2007 Columbia Business School Latin America Conference will provide an insight in to the latest trends in the Latin American business scope. The title of this year's conference will be "Investing in Latin America:Challenges and Opportunities".
Experts in the region, together with successful businessmen and entrepreneurs, will provide insights into the current state of the region and how to manage and invest successfully in Latin America.
