Innovative Marketing: New Technology and New Consumer Behavior

The current business environment demands a shift from one-size-fits-all marketing to new platforms and new methods to influence today’s consumers. Social media and other online platforms have open companies to direct dialogue with their consumer, necessitating real-time marketing and crisis management. At the same time, advances in psychology and big data are better enabling companies to tie together disparate information, so brands can better understand their consumers.
